Dr. Martin received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in Anthropology and his medical degree from New York University. Dr. Martin completed his residency training in pediatrics at North Shore University Hospital, in Manhasset, New York and his Fellowship training in Neonatology at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan. Dr. Martin is Board Certified in both Pediatrics and Neonatal/Perinatal Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Perinatal section.
Dr. Martin’s research interests focus on non-invasive ventilation. Additionally, he is a reviewer for the Journal of Perinatology, and a lecturer for Contemporary Forums. Dr. Martin joined Pediatrix Medical Group in July 2004, and joined Phoenix Perinatal Associates in the summer of 2007. He is married with two children, and enjoys tennis, golf and travel.
